Design, installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical (M/E) systems

We will design and install the electromechanical systems in accordance with the needs of the plant, based on the requirements of customers. The main items we have designed and installed are as follows:

  • The power distribution system of the plant stems from the 22KV station to the power distribution cabinets of the plant, including automatic generators for the main systems;
  • Installation of production lines: Electronic assembly line, plastic injection machine line, SMD circuit board welding machine line, warehouse distribution line, copper casting mold moving conveyor;
  • Air-conditioning system: Local air conditioning system PAC, central air conditioning system HVAC system;
  • The factory-wide compressed air supply system includes both oil-free and oil-based types combined with a drying system before being supplied to the factory;

  • Water supply system with automatic control pressure;

    he drainage system includes an output wastewater treatment system according to Vietnamese quality standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT);

    CCTV monitoring and inspection system: Including camera system and infrared wall;

    Lifting system, crane;

    Fire protection system: Including automatic fire alarm system, sprinkler automatic fire fighting, wall fire fighting, automatic fire prevention door.
